Salon Polices:
5- Minute Late Policy: Being on time ensures the best experience for both of us. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. Notify me if you are running behind. Please do not text me at the time of your appointment saying you are parking. You need to be at my salon door at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens, but cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the total service amount. This ensures fairness and protects my time.
Booking in advance: Appointments are high in demand and fill up quickly. Its recommended to book your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your desired time. Last minute booking and walk ins are not available.
No Refunds: All services are final. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out within 2 days for adjustments. Adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure satisfaction.
